With a combined total of nearly 40 years of teaching experience, Helene & Bhaskar have joined together to offer this well rounded weekend of yoga symphony. They will share from their combined strengths to help bring light to the purpose of yoga: to ease suffering.
Helene’s strengths in sharing her knowledge of the human system will bring valuable awareness of the science behind physical pain and emotional states of suffering.
Bhaskar’s will explore the practice of yoga through the profound perspective of:
- The Four Noble Truths
- The Four Brahma Viharas (sublime attitudes)
- The yoga philosophy of how to help ease suffering
This will be a time to play together with practices, learning and sharing, offering a sense of unity that connects us all as humans living in this amazing yet challenging existence called life.
