The zoom meeting will start 15 minutes before and our our pre-warm up "Intention" song 3 minutes before...

Important notes about ZOOM - I believe when you login you have to choose to "join meeting with audio"... I have everyone set up to be muted when they join the meeting.
Make sure your volume is up at least to halfway... you can adjust once we start... You might hear better with headphones/headset. For best sound quality, I will mute everyone right before we begin. We can communicate through the chat feature.
It is your choice whether you want to participate with your video on or off... it is a lot of fun to see each other dancing !!
If bandwidth is a problem you should try to shut down all other apps/programs on your device as well as turning off WIFI on your other devices in your house to allow ZOOM to work best...
I understand that ZOOM works better on computers (laptops) than phones... I suggest use the biggest device that makes sense... or the one that seems fastest on your wifi...

Remember it doesn't matter what you look like - as long as you are making it feel good in your body!! No copying the teacher, I will suggest very simple moves and you do it YOUR WAY!! You were born to dance and you can't get it wrong!!!
It's ok if you don't have a big space... we can do the moves on the spot (skip, run etc...)
Bigger arms will get your heart beating faster too!
A few things to have with you:
- Water!
- A small towel (to wipe sweat)... remember to keep your hands out of your eyes, nose and mouth!
- A scarf
- A mat or something to lie on for stillness.
- Your amazing energy and smile!!!
